I have the iptv box for about five years now. The shows are updated timely. customer service is excellent, Anytime I need anything Updated they promptly fix it and call me within 24 hours. I think the price is very reasonable also. Great entertainment

I have been using Guru TV for almost 4 years. They offer hundreds of channels at reasonable cost. Their service is excellent when I call them for any issue. I referred 3 friends and they are happy too. Keep up the great price and service.

Gurutv has been great. Seamless payments, HD video quality, Atmos compatible sound across most channels. Latest movies always available. I was very skeptical when my neighbor mentioned about this service. However after learning that he is using since 1.5 years, I also went for it.

Tech support also has been good so far.

Guru IPTV is providing exceptionally services, i trusted Sagar to enroll to this service and so far it is very good, i have used 3-4 providers before this but nothing like Guru services. picture quality and content are exceptionally good.

Siddharth from Guru iptv helped to resolve 2sec black screen issue I was having when changing Chanel . He is super knowledgeable and fixed issue in first attempt.

I posted earlier around two weeks ago about this scam service. Here is an update. After posting a feedback and requesting multiple times for a refund, I got a call back from Jay two weeks ago. He assured me that my refund has been processed and will be in my account within 7 business days. I called 2-3 times again last week to check but was told to wait for 2-3 days each time. I called again today and was told to wait for few more days but I refused and told them that I want my refund back today. After waiting for minutes, I was told that I will get a refund in next 12 hours. Let’s see if I get it or not. Will update soon. Don’t fall into this trap. Zero customer service. They are literally wasting your time and money. Worst experience ever!!!

This guru IPTV is not professional not friendly lack of promises which never fulfilled highly recommended not to sign no help from customer service no call back very unprofessional.

I had a hiccup with my set top box 5 months into my subscription and contact customer support. Samuel was very helpful and kept me updating throughout the replacement process. Post replacement they helped me setup my box correctly and I’m happy to be using Guru IPTV again!

Sales girl was good and gave us the good deal on the subscription renewal.

Affordable tv. Has everything you need

Hi all – I would like to share that the review I posted below perhaps a bit premature. Upon receiving my second order, I’ve extremely bad experience with support and sales. My screen flickers and they haven’t been able to resolve the issues. Very frustrating to say the least. I would appreciate if Guru IPTV staff does the right thing by either do full refund return or swap the defective box? Sorry if I misled anyone.

I wish I could zero star to these scammers! I got 5 years of subscription last week. I did ask for free trial. Someone named Jay told me that they don’t provide free trial. They assured me that all the channels and contents will be there so no need to worry. I paid $300 for that plan. I did ask for nursery rhymes and kids contents and they assured me that they have it but that was a biggest lie. I have been requesting since last one week for adding kids rhymes but they haven’t done it. I asked for a refund but every single day they are telling me they will add kids contents but haven’t done it yet. One of their staff member named harry told me that he will request to upper management and will be added in just one hour. I called after an hour and talked to Abdullah and he said they will add it in few hours. He also said they they USED TO have more content. I called day before yesterday for refund and talked to their floor manager Krishna who personally assured me with the same story of adding more contents. I called again today and then he said unfortunately they couldn’t upload the contents and refund team will reach out to me shortly. I called again and was told that they will give me call back in two hours. I just called and Jay told me that they don’t have policy for refund if i have made the payment by e-transfer. Furthermore, they will ask for good feedback on the same day of subscription and will give free three months of extension. They will also tempt you by saying that if you will refer someone then you will get six more months of subscription. Most of the positive feedback you can see are the result of three months of extension. Don’t fall into this trap. One of the biggest scams!!

Stay away from these scammers. I will be posting all of my call recordings shortly so other people can hear everything and take an appropriate decision accordingly.

The service goes above and beyond. Both Abdullah and Riya were very efficient and delivered what they promised.

They have excellent services though I m using their services past 3 years and every time I face any kind of services they immediately response and provide solutions. I have 4 boxes with me.

Only the price is good. Like mentioned by another reviewer, it’s better to pay few bucks more for a better quality of service. I regret choosing the 5 years. Have to tolerate this bad service for a longer time. Please don’t ever signup for this based just on the price without trial first.

I don’t leave bad reviews very often but these is HIGH TIME , as we r calling them for our solutions help THEY ARE REALLY RIDICULOUS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been using “Guru’s” service over 4 years and happy with it. Jasvant from sales team offered newer high spots 5G box at reasonable price with 5 years extension in service and Tanu from billings was very good proving best service. I recommend Guru IPTV service.

Simran Sharma was helping me with all my outstanding questions and not only resolved them promptly but also made sure I had no additional questions or issues. I will give five stars to Simran.
