Got my iptv box for channels last year and the tv service has been great, support has also been very good for setting up and fixing any issues. Overall it is very good

Good service for a decent price. Had a small glitch with device turning off on start up but the tech support fixed it. Satisfied with the level of support and service.

Just updated box about four months back. Love the quality of picture. Lots of channal selection. Lots of Indian and American movies, shows and sports. Love them. worth for the price.

I’ve been subscribed to IPTV for about 4 years and received a set-top box from them as part of the service. The Set top box did not work evenif more than enough internet speed, brand new TV. I requested them multiple times to resolve the issue but they could not. Received a call from Associate of Technical Team, he tried but issue was not resolved and informed me that Senior Technical Team member will call you but never received a call. I dont know whether they have qualified technical team or not. They insist for a new Set top box but they are not in a position to resolve issue with existing set top box.

I have to switch on and switch off the set top box every time if I change any channel. It went in to buffering and then never resumed streaming by its own.

It is just worst quality of set top box and completely unreliable customer service and technical support.

DON’T BUY THIS IPTV SERVICE. IT IS WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. YOU SPOIL YOUR QUALITY TIME RATHER THAN GETTING ENTERTAINMENT.

The iptv does not work properly. I contacted the customer service so many time but they couldn’t resolve the problem.. really disappointed… no money back for the interrupted service…

I love the programs I can see on Guru TV at no additional monthly costs. So, when early this month I was facing some issues with channels display, I called several time and talk to people more than six times. Each tried their best to solve the issue, but did not succeed. Finally, I got Sonia Sharma. I think she is a genius.
I am impressed with her patience, knowledge of the technology. She was trying different solutions one after another and would never give up. What a dedication! Finally, she succeeded. I am back to regular programs. She advised me if it fails again to ask for a replacement after adjustments. My advise to customers, don’t give up on Guru TV, have patience with them they will find a solution for you. I again say Sonia Sharma is an example and a role model for any sales person. Trying to reach customer care more that 16hrs customer support for me to make the payment and transfer the line to application. no calls from billing team and no proper response from support team

I just took the service from Guru IP TV and the process is very simple. I waiting for the device to be shipped.

The WiFi connection was somehow turned off on the IPTV box. The first technician could not solve it. But I got a second call from technician by the name Kavi and he was able to identify and resolve the issue right away.

My box used to get switched off automatically. Priya from IPTV called me within an hour after I texted a message on the Whatsapp group. She walked me thru the changing of settings step by step. The problem was resolved. Great customer care service.

I am using guru iptv from past 1 month with app version. They helped in setup and provided necessary support. With app version, no need to wait for setup box. Support team is very helpful specially Aadi Goyal with initial plans and features

I’ve been subscribed to IPTV for 5 years and received a set-top box from them as part of the service. After just a year and a half, the box stopped working, and now I’m being told to purchase a new one for $150 because it’s out of warranty. I don’t believe this should be my responsibility—the box was provided by GURU IPTV, and now they’re asking me to pay for a replacement.

What if the same issue happens again next year? Am I expected to keep paying $150 every time the device fails? That just doesn’t make sense. If this company is serving so many customers, they should be able to replace a faulty set-top box. It really makes me question the kind of business they’re running.

To make matters worse, I’m being told that the remaining 3.5 years of my subscription are non-refundable. That’s unacceptable. Instead of paying $150 for a device that may break again within a year, I’d rather switch to another IPTV provider that charges only $80 annually. I regret choosing them in the first place.

Guru IPTV is an excellent platform for variety of channels and the quality is real good one. I recommend.

Service has provided an excellent service. We were trying over 6 mos. but, Sidhartha has made up for it & provided excellent service in 1 hr. Now. we are very satisfied.

I’ve been using Guru IPTV for over a year now, and honestly, I’m not happy with the experience.

When I first signed up, they kept calling me repeatedly until I finally agreed. They didn’t clearly explain all the terms — especially important things like the lack of 4K content. They told me it would be upgraded to 4K in 1–2 months, but it’s been more than 1.5 years, and it’s still stuck on HD. Meanwhile, other IPTV providers are already offering 4K channels and South Indian movies in ultra-clear quality.

What’s worse is their customer support. My original device started acting up, so I asked to move my subscription to a new device — something that should be simple. Instead, they asked for an extra $25 just to transfer, which was never mentioned when I signed up.

Overall, the service just isn’t worth what they charge. You get lower quality, poor support, and a bunch of surprise fees. If you’re looking for 4K content or expect halfway decent support, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Best IP TV with a good response come back time from the day 1. I also see that they have very high patience in understanding the need of a customer since there a lot of satellite channels available in the market including OTT.
Also following up calls to understand the experience of customer makes me happy and helps me to put forth my requests as needed.
