Poor customer service. It was not working on important cricket match day. I was trying calling them multiple time and hours and hours however there was no response on customer service number.
They wasted my weekend. I was able to reach them after 10 hour and repo se from customer service was not good.

I would definitely not recommend Guru IP tv to anyone again. Its india vs pakistan final and right now, I am getting connection error. On calling customer service number, its going to engage. I am suspect these guys have comfortably disabled the phone lines temporarily so that no one can call them. This is very bad customer service. I regret that I renewed 5 years plan with these guys.
They are denying to cancel IP TV service and refund the balance amount.

No stars for this company. Forcefully have to give even 1 star. Extremely poor service and management. Pathetic after sales service. Every time during important match or show on tv they have server issue. Never ever go with this company. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Today we were so disappointed because we cant watch a single ball of the final between INDIA VS PAKISTAN 2025 when i triend to call on the customer service it is never been working and also the they have whatsapp number too which has no option to calll them, i have 2 connections of guru iptv and i have referred 4 more friends they are aso sxperiencing the same problem and same difficulties so i dont know how guru iptv they will resume our service i m thinking to go for another best provider i have an option but i m trying to tell people to be careful before u subscribe this iptv we are really upset how the server go down each and everytime when is a big game and always in the weekend why ut goes down why guru iptv they dont increase there server capacity we are really upset nit able to watch the final match india vs pakistan asia cup

Worst ever company for customer service

I am subscriber of this idiot service. Every final game their service is not working. Customer service and technical service sucks. I paid 5 years. They don’t regreat or refund money. I signed up for other service and other service work great. Do not subscribe this service. BHUPESH PATHAK

When there are downtimes, there is no update. The phone numbers stop working and whatsapp chat without any response.

I am watching the India Pakistan match Asia cup. Guess what.
The whole iptv is down. It’s not just me, three other friends who have guru iptv have same issue.
One friend has mobile subscription and his services are down too.

All the people who had given good reviews are people who watch regular channel daily like news channel or movies.
Guru IPtv is not for people who watch once in a while, critical shows like cricket match.

Two years I had the same issue. Three more years to go for the current subscription to expire.

Purchased top of line device and it’s not working, keeps buffering and screen keeps blacking out intermittently. Tried calling tech support and keep getting busy signal.
Will be canceling the subscription as soon as I get hold of customer service.

This is unreal. They have bad service. You have call every 15-20 days to active service even you have purchased for year or 5 years.
5 star fake review they give you 1 month free for 5 start review.

I’d like to write a review because on IPTV I didn’t think the support would be quick but, the team’s support is always good whenever limited trouble I had. Surprised and happy customer.

It is indeed sad that the customer service nor the technicians have no clue to what is happening at their end , all they do is give false promises, an Indian takes this service to WATCH INDIAN programs and they are the ones which don’t work. It is very frustrating and UNNECESSARYLY gives you heart ache for free, so if you want free heartache kindly opt for this service

Extremely bad service. I called several times whenever a cricket game is streaming live. Last one year never seen a full cricket match. Now a days the news channel also not working. Refund denied by guru IPTV.

If you get any issue with the channels then they will never get fixed. Some of my favorite channels changes language randomly and I have to complain almost everyday. They are same channels every time. They fix it temporarily and again same issues. They give false promises of fixing it permanently or monitoring them, but they are telling me same thing for 50+ times and it happens again. They will tell me they will call but that’s also useless as they don’t have any authority to fix anything and blames on backend team or their provider. So basically they never fix anything and wastes my time everyday.

I am enjoying Guru IPTV from last 8 years. I have two Boxes Now. Every time I called Customer service they are up & ready to help instantly. I was not able to find some Hindi show on a Box, I called & they have added to my Box. All these without long wait. I highly recommend Guru IPTV.

Guruiptv does not inform its customers regarding closed captioning/subtitles which can never be removed from their movies and TV shows! I purchased a 5 year subscription thinking I would have access to normal content without closed captioning, but I was wrong! The company forces you to watch with subtitles on movies and tv shows which is extremely distracting and takes away from the enjoyment of the movie/show. I even tried talking with customer service to remedy the situation but they simply ignored me and said they cannot provide a refund or extend my subscription as a remedy for their deceptive advertising campaign! Buyer beware with this service!

I’ve been using this for years. It works great. Sometimes the service is a little slow but it loads when we need to and I’ve been watching a lot of shows Indian shows other country show sports. It’s great would highly recommend.

I am facing the issue from last month with Guru TV but nobody is giving satisfying service. Simply giving commitments. The worst service I ever had experienced. But I am not able to change it because I took 5 yrs subscription.

I tried other IPTV , but not at all good. Guru IPTV is excellent and I am enjoying all the shows.

After just 1 year and 8 months, the set-top box stopped working. When I requested a replacement, they refused, saying since it has been over a year, they will not provide a new one. Instead, they insisted I purchase a new box for $129.

I then asked if they could simply transfer my existing service to their app-based platform so I could use it with a Fire Stick. They refused again, saying the only option would be to cancel my current service and buy a new app-based subscription — without any refund for the unused portion of my 5-year subscription.

This is completely unfair and feels like a scam. They lock customers into long-term plans and then force them to pay extra when their own hardware fails. Very disappointed with the service and their rigid policies.

I have same channels with same issue of changing language everyday.

Every time I talk to customer service they fix the issue and next day same issue or another channel will get disturbed.

it’s been going like this for four months. Everyday I contact them and same response either it won’t happen again, escalated to senior team, sorry that it happened, they understand my concern or blaming their provider like I can do anything about who their provider is. They are my provider and that’s all I care. Blaming third party won’t resolve anything.

No free trial and return policy is sketchy with 15 days period, which they never tell you and issues obviously won’t happen in these 15 days. Then if you try to talk with them then they will never connect to someone who has authority to do any cancellations and never get call back, which just adds more frustration. After four months they still ask me they can’t see my issue history and describe everything again, for 40+ times and still counting.

So basically a scam to get you subscribed and never resolving issues.

ASIF, DAISY AND TANNU MISHRA WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY GOOD SERVICE. NOW I HAVE TO SEE HOW THE BOX WORKS.

The range of programs is exhaustive in Guru IPTV. The setup was very simple and easy. Their customer service is very prompt and helpful. They responded within a minute of my text in Whatsapp and the customer service employee helped resolve.

My IPTV box had power issue and was bought just 7-8 months before . Sonali helped me to get new box without any charge .
Not only their IPTV content is good but so do their customer service .
